We look forward to working together this week. Will you join our Tournament Team in praying for the 3 days ahead? We are praying for the many incoming families as they travel, for our competitors that they are mindful with their time and attitudes, for our tournament staff, that they may be encouraged and feel supported to complete the tasks ahead, for our own families, that we are patient with one another as the Lord is patient with us, and finally that our guests and judges will be blessed by glimpses of this Christian community, that our relationships as we work together reflect the light and love of the Lord, and that our efforts bring glory to Him. We are grateful!

If you’re visiting this event for the first time, welcome! We hope you leave feeling encouraged. Remember, no club meeting this Monday — much needed rest following the weekend. Next club night will be Monday, Jan 16th.
We have over 50 community judges registered so far – thank you for inviting them! VIP parking is reserved for them, and we have a team ready to welcome and escort them. We’d love to have many more. Please follow up and encourage those interested to give it a try. Below is our judge welcome letter sent already to those pre-registered — share as you can, as extra encouragement is sometimes all that is needed.
Finally, all the best to our competitors and friends! We are cheering you on! The closing awards ceremony will be on site Saturday evening at 6:30pm, and we encourage you to attend. We’ve received a few dozen RSVPs already for the casual afterparty at the Corvette Diner to follow. Join us and your Stoa friends there to celebrate, if able.
