Ex Nihilo is a non-profit and independent forensics club, training students to Speak – Defend – Proclaim the general and specific revelation of God to man.
The club is open to all families who are, or are eligible to become, members of the STOA League, an organization dedicated to serving the needs of privately educated, Christian homeschooling families.
Engagement through the Stoa homeschool league affords students aged 12-18 the opportunity to compete in local and nationwide tournament events.
For families with additional children who are not of age to compete but would like to participate and learn, we offer a junior track. Families are required to have an active competing student in order for younger siblings, recommended ages 9-11, to participate in the junior track.
Throughout the tournament season we meet Monday evenings at 5:15 for a pizza picnic and fellowship, and at 6pm for coaching, planning, and practicing.
Ex Nihilo Club membership annual fees: $100 for first student, $50 for second, and $25 for third student in one family, with a family maximum annual fee of $175 regardless of additional competitors or junior competitors. Fees are due October 1st of club year. Additional Stoa membership and tournament fees will apply based on event participation.
We invite you to come visit one of our club meetings or contact us to find out more.
