We’re looking forward to reconnecting at weekly club nights beginning Monday, September 11th, at our regular location, The Chapel at Grossmont. There’s a slight schedule update for this fall: come for optional pizza/picnic at 5:15pm, club meeting begins at 6pm ($1/slice pizza orders will be taken prior to club night, via Slack).
New families, we are glad to have you joining us! Please find our general communications hub at www.exnihilo-club.slack.com — this is where you’ll find parent/coach updates and discussions. Our website hosts useful information, simple club calendar, helpful files, links, and photo galleries –and much of what’s there we limit to member-only access for privacy. If you’ve not received a Slack invite, or are unable to login to access our club website (www.nihilo.club), please reach out to info@nihilo.club and we’ll help connect you. For students who wish to join the club’s informal student chat, we’ll have student signups for that available on club night.

Our first club night, Sept 11, will begin with club introductions and speech overview and Q&A for new families, while returning students meet with speech coaches. We’ll conclude with debate orientation and discussion. Returning students, bring your ideas, questions, cases, and let’s dive in!
