Great work at Providential Prologue and Cactus Clash this month. Congratulations go to Michael and Joshua, both earning checkmarks in Apologetics, and to Rebecca, bringing home 2nd-place LD speaker and 7th-place LD, for Lincoln Douglas checkmark as well. Well done to all!

Also to note for those interested: Christmas Colloquium tournament registration, as well as script submission, is now open, and script (re)submission deadline for that southern CA event is November 21st. If you have questions on the submission process, ask Coach Sue Lee. You don’t want to wait until November 21st! Scripts may be returned for corrections that require time for resubmittal.
We’re hosting our Round Robin (mock tournament) on November 28th, beginning at 5pm. Registration is now open for our club members and we will invite additional students beginning next week. We may hit capacity here at the chapel, so if interested in participating, please register early. Juniors are welcome in all Platform, Interp, Apol, and Impromptu events (Jr Apol questions will pull from the 1st three questions in each Stoa Apol category). We will not be accepting junior competitors in Mars Hill, Extemp, or debate events.

We are on-track to host the Point Loma Classic at Point Loma Nazarene University, Jan 5-7! Be on the lookout for more information soon on how to help. It promises to be a terrific tournament and we expect a large turnout.
