Hello All,
It is just over two weeks until our Ex Nihilo open board meeting, potluck, and awards ceremony and we look forward to seeing everyone!
Mary Jr. and Nathan, with feedback from some of the parent coaches, have put together certificates for each one of the students, highlighting their accomplishments and contributions to the club this year. This is always a lighthearted, meaningful way to encourage our students and families. And, of course, what’s not to like about a potluck? We would like each family to bring a main dish plus a side or dessert, enough for your family and a little extra to share.
We will practice social distancing to the best of our ability, wearing masks while fellowshipping, and spread out during our meal time to include having some eat outdoors in order to comply with Covid -19 protocols.

· Open Ex Nihilo Board of Directors Meeting from 3:30 – 5:00 pm.
· Potluck from 5:00 – 6:00
· Awards ceremony 5:30 – 6:00
